Ingredients:

1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp coriander
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup orange juice

Preparation:

Place above ingredients with only half of the orange juice in a blender
containter and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides and add
another 1/2 cup of orange juice. Cook chicken to intrustion on the bag.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve. A recipe I found on a chicken bag from
the store. (those big bags)
