0.50 Green pepper chopped
1.00 - 6 or 8 oz. can stewed
Tomatoes
2.00 tb Brown sugar - or subst. =
1.00 tb Chili pepper
0.50 ts Cinnamon

Preparation:

PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN A CASSEROLE DISH AND SET
ASIDE. SAUTE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A PAN ON TOP
OF STOVE FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL A LITTLE SOFT. POUR
OVER RAW CHICKEN AND BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350 DEGREE
OVEN FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS DONE.
GOOD SERVED OVER NOODLES. RECEIPE CAN BE DOUBLED
EASILY AND REHEAT LEFTOVERS NEXT DAY FOR LUNCH OR
