Caramel Apple Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
3.00 lg Granny smith apples, cored
0.50 c Walnuts**
0.50 c Raisins
1.00 c Chopped celery
1.00 sm Pk. sugar-free Instant Butt
2.00 c Non-fat plain yogurt
**PERSONAL NOTE From Ursula Taylor
Mix cored & diced apples, raisins, celery and
walnuts well. Mix butterscotch pudding and plain
yogurt well. Mix pudding mixture with apple mixture
well and refrigerate for at least an hour before
serving. Enjoy.

PERSONAL NOTE from Ursula R. Taylor - folks this is
a regular in my household - and because of a
cholesterol problem - I leave the nuts out and add
more raisins. I also don't use Granny Smith Apples - I
use Red Delicious - but that's just personal
preferance. It also keeps very well in the
refrigerator.
