Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
2 tsp Butter (or marg.), melted
1/2 cup Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Mustard, dijon
8 Tomatoes, halved

Preparation:

Combine stuffing mix, butter, and cheese; mix well.

Spread mustard over surface of tomatoes. Spoon stuffing mixture over
mustard. Broil 4 inches from heat about 7 minutes or until topping is
lightly browned.
