2.00 lg Head broccoli washed
Trimmed use florets only no
Stems and drained dry
1.00 md Chopped red sweet onion
0.50 c White raisins
0.50 c Chopped pecans (optional)
1.00 lb Bacon fried crisp and cumbl

DRESSING

2.00 tb Cider or red wine vinegar
0.75 c Light Mayonnaise
0.50 c Sugar (Optional) or sugar s

Preparation:

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, onions,
raisins, pecans and bacon. In a small bowl, combine
the dressing ingredients, the vinegar, mayonnaise and
sugar. Mix well and pour over broccoli mixture. Toss
gently, refrigerate, covered, overnight and toss
gently the next day when ready to serve.
