Ingredients:

10 oz pkg. frozen cut broccoli
4 oz muenster cheese, cubed
1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise, +
1 tsp lowfat mayonnaise
1 tbsp onion, minced
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp skim milk

Preparation:

Cook broccoli according to package directions until just tender-crisp.
Drain. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients together, place in a
casserole that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray and bake,
covered, 20 minutes.

Per serving: 9g protein, 10g fat, 5g carb., 286mg sodium, 29mg chol., 143
calories.
