2 ripe bananas, pears or peaches
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp apple juice concentrate

3/4 cup fresh or frozen fruit

1 cup plain low or non-fat yogurt
1 cup tomato juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger

1 tropical refresher
1 can (8 oz) unsweetened pineapple draine, d
1 cup plain low or non-fat yogurt
1 banana

1 orange milk shake #1
1 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup instant non-fat dry milk
1 cup water

1 cup non-fat milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

General directions for all drinks. Cut up fruit and remove seeds if
any. Place ingredients for desired drink in blender. Blend 30 to 45
seconds. Serve.
