Is this Breakfast Couscous Recipe Suitable for Diabetics?

This Breakfast Couscous recipe is part of our collection of diabetic Breakfast recipes. Because we know nothing about your individual health issues & the guidelines your nutritionalist has provided, we are unable to say with certainty that this Breakfast Couscous recipe is suitable for you. Even taking that into account, as the recipe author marked it as `diabetic` it should suggest that it at least covers the basic consideration for the tag `diabetic`, being low in carbohydrates and fat, and therefore, should be better for you than the non-diabetic equivalent recipe. Even taking that into consideration, this Breakfast Couscous recipe must only be used if you understand your own condition and are happy that the nutritional contents are appropriate for you.
