Ingredients:

4 cup dry bread cubes
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup hot water or turkey broth
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp dried thyme

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix well. Stuff into a
10-pound turkey or four Cornish game hens.

PER SERVING: calories - 100, carbohydrate - 20 g., protein - 5 g.,
fat - 2 g., sodium - 199 mg., potassium - 177 mg., cholesterol - 0
