2.00 tb Lemon juice
1.00 tb Vegetable oil
1.00 sm Clove garlic, finely choppe
0.25 ts Salt
pinch Pepper, fresh ground
1.25 lb Rib eye or sirloin steak

Choice
Make the herb garnish ahead of time to allow flavors
to blend. Combine onion, parsley, lemon juice, oil,
