Ingredients:

1.00 sm Onion, minced
2.00 cn (8 oz each) tomato sauce
2.00 c Water
0.25 c Vinegar
0.25 c Worcestershire sauce
1.00 ts Salt (optional)
2.00 ts Paprika
2.00 ts Chili powder
1.00 ts Pepper
0.50 ts Cinnamon
0.13 ts Ground cloves
4.00 Chicken thighs, skinned
4.00 Chicken legs, skinned

Preparation:

Combine all ingrediencs EXCEPT the chicken in a
saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and
simmer for 20 minutes

Marinate the chicken pieces in 1 cup of the
barbecue sauce for at least 2 hours in the
refrigerator, turning occasionally. Cook over outdoor
gril until chicken is no longer pink inside. Time will
depend on the distance meat is from the flame.
