Ingredients:

2 1/2 lb lean beef, ground
1 1/2 cup prapared stuffing mix
2 cup apples, finely chopped
3 eggs, (or egg substitute)
2 tsp salt, (or to taste)
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 large onion, minced
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
1/4 cup catup

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients; mix throughtly. Pack into a greased 9 X 6 X 3"
loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. The
