Apple Cooler Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup apple juice OR cider
1/2 cup apricot nector
2 tbsp lime juice
2 packets Equal
3 oz rum
Club Soda

Preparation:

In pitcher, combine apple juice,apricot juice, lime juice and Equal. Pour
1 1/2 ounces of rum in each glass. Add half the juice mixture to each
glass. Fill glasses with crushed ice and club soda. Stir.

WARNING: Consult your doctor are dietician as to whether your diet covers
the intake of the 3 ounces of rum.
