What helped with the pain in

What helped with the pain in my feet was taking Benfotiamine (Fat-Soluble Vitamin B-1), and HiActives Tart Cherry Extract, both from Swansonvitamins.com. I take 4 caps of each twice a day with food. The Benfotiamine helps to prevent damage to our nerves which is caused by the excess glucose, and the Cherry Extract has shown to increase insulin production by about 50% and help with pain in joints. I also use other herbs like Gymnema Sylvestre, Fenugreek, and Glucomannan to help lower my blood sugar, but only when I added the Benfotiamine & Cherry Extract did my foot pain decrease significantly. Both of these items are low priced on Swanson, as I am on a tight budget. I still get numbness in my feet in the mornings, but not as bad as before. Also, walking or biking for an hour a day has helped greatly as it helps move the blood more which gives greater relief, so don't forget to move. Good luck!
