Contact

If you want to contact me, you can do it via the form below.

Before doing so, please kindly read the following points:

  1. I am not a doctor - and if I was, I sure as hell wouldn't be a 'free' one. So, I can't give you free medical advice - well, Ok, I could I suppose, but you might well die as a result of it  - or worse still get very ill and not die, leaving you free to sue me. You get the point, I am sure.
  2. The recipes on this site are collected from the public domain and contributions from readers - I haven't cooked them all myself - there are thousands of them for heavens sake. This means I can't be responsible for anything that you think is wrong. I get fed up arguing with people who think that even reading the word 'sugar' will put diabetics in a coma. If you see a typo or a clear mistake, let me know and I will fix it. If you want to argue about diabetic nutrition with me, go take a long walk instead - we will both feel better for it.
  3. Just because I run this web site does not mean I am the sort of kind hearted soul who is prepared to send you money, organise a diabetic menu for you daughter's birthday or search on Google on your behalf. I really am not like that - I am quite a selfish sort most of the time. In fact, my 'milk of human kindness' is usually all used up after the first e-mail of the day. Sorry - but that's life. Just be grateful you don't have to life with me like I do.
  4. Other than that, feel free to contact me :)
